I’m a coach and spiritual life guide based in Boulder, Colorado. My work is rooted in experience, self-inquiry, breathwork, ceremony, and container building — tools that reconnect us with the body, soften old patterns, and guide us toward inner truth.

I’ve had the honor of living and studying alongside some of today’s most respected spiritual teachers. I lived with Ram Dass in Maui for three years, where I learned the transformative power of love, service, and connection to guru. I then spent six years living with A.H. Almaas, founder of the Diamond Approach, where I deepened my understanding of presence as a path to awakening.

I also bring experience in 12-step recovery work and a deep respect for the courage it takes to change.
